We are looking for a qualified and passionate HRM Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching course in Human Resource Management, guiding students in understanding core HR principles, and preparing them for real-world applications in the corporate environment. The role involves delivering lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to academic research and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach core HR subjects: Organisational Behaviour, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, Strategic HRM
Prepare course materials, assignments, and case studies
Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations
Support curriculum design and academic events
Keep up with current HR industry trends and integrate them into teaching
Qualifications:
Minimum: MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field ( 1 -2 year experience)
