We are seeking a passionate and qualified

Human Resource Management Faculty

to teach in our MBA - HRM program. The role involves delivering lectures, guiding students, and participating in academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core HR subjects: Organizational Behavior, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, Strategic HRM Prepare course materials, assignments, and case studies Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations Support curriculum design and academic events Keep up with current HR industry trends and integrate them into teaching

Qualifications:

Minimum:

MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

1 -2

year experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
