Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct reference checks and manage offer letter, joining formalities, and induction.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle employee documentation, onboarding to exit formalities.
Maintain and update HRMS/HRIS data accurately.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee master records.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports and HR dashboards.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate periodic feedback sessions and maintain ER records.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leave reconciliation, reimbursements, and salary changes.
Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor laws (preferred).
Assist in audits and compliance documentation.
5. Performance Management
Support KRA/KPI documentation and appraisal cycle coordination.
Maintain PMS-related data and follow-up with stakeholders.
6. Policy Implementation & HR Support
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and HR projects
