We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and support employee training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs through regular assessments and feedback.
Assist in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
Maintain training MIS and reports - track participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
Partner with department heads to create role-specific development plans.
Support initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and competency frameworks.
Collaborate with external trainers and vendors for specialized programs.
Monitor learning KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR with focus on Learning & Development / Talent Development.
Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS is an added advantage.
