We are looking for a Human Resource Lead who can take ownership of our people function, align talent with organizational growth and ensure smooth HR operations across diverse projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals across departments.
Conduct screening, interviews and final HR rounds.
Manage offer letters, contracts and onboarding procedures.
2. Employee Management & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
Maintain strong employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
Create initiatives for employee motivation, team bonding and performance culture.
3. Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, contracts and company policies.
Manage employee records and documentation.
4. Performance Management
Implement evaluation frameworks, appraisals and performance reviews.
Track departmental reports and ensure accountability across projects.
Recommend training and development initiatives based on performance needs.
5. Payroll & Administration
Oversee salary processing, revisions and increments.
Ensure timely disbursal of salaries and settlements.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll and benefits management.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Collect daily/weekly reports from departmental heads.
Submit consolidated updates to management.
Maintain structured communication between project sites and central office.
Requirements:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR roles (experience in multi-site/project-based organizations preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in dynamic environments.
