Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in an HR role (or more, depending on level).
Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [insert industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing].
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Bilingual skills, if applicable
Fuency in kannada language is must(to speak, read and write)
