Role Overview
The
HR Intern
will support the Human Resources function across recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR operations.
This role provides end-to-end exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced, campaign-driven organization, working closely with HR Managers and leadership teams. The intern is expected to join immediately and commit through April 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Support CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and candidate databases.
Onboarding & Documentation
Support employee onboarding processes and joining formalities.
Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee documents.
Help prepare offer letters, onboarding kits, and HR communication drafts.
HR Operations & Coordination
Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR MIS updates.
Support coordination with employees for HR-related queries.
Help maintain structured employee folders and records.
Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in employee communication, announcements, and internal updates.
Support basic employee engagement initiatives during campaign periods.
Compliance & Reporting
Assist in maintaining HR trackers, reports, and documentation.Support audits, data verification, and internal reporting needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Academic exposure or internship experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
Basic understanding of recruitment, HR processes, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and documentation abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google / MS 365 tools.
Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
Willingness to work full-time from the office.
