Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in onboarding new employees and help facilitate orientation sessions.
Support the implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends in employee engagement.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Help organize and participate in HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building events.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to talent acquisition and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and employee engagement practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Availability to commit to the internship for at least 3 months.
