Finalise (JD) for all positions in the organisation and clearly define roles and responsibilities for each and every individuals and keep them up to date as it may require time to time
Place advertisement in the suitable media as per the position and get suitable resumes and shortlist them and share to the concerned department head for interview processes
Conduct various interviews and tests for the candidate as per the various criteria for various roles
Conduct background verification and ensure right candidates are selected keeping organisation cultural values in mind.
Provide offer letters to the selected candidates and ensure smooth on boarding process within the agreed timeline.
Conduct various orientations and trainings to new joiners and properly rope them in to our existing culture, system and process
Discuss regularly with department heads and support them by providing correct resources at all time
Define roadmap for employees growth and promotion strategies and ensure second line planning and succession planning are in place.
Handle separation process carefully in a way that is not damaging employee's perception and fear factors and ensure high level of physiological safety among the employees.
Lead and deliver HR department KPI targets
Maintain and continuously build healthy team towards organisation goal.
Keep effective and healthy communications with positive attitude in the organisation.
Keep complete transparency and obediently follow the instructions and directions given by the top line management.
