Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Internship Duration- 4-6 Months
Stipend- 5000/- per month
Work from Office- (6hrs shift is compulsory and shift timings will be discussed during Interview process)
Working Days: 5 days
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Calling Candidates: Bulk screening and shortlisting of applications through Phone calls.
• Resume Screening: Help review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.
• Database Management: Support the maintenance of candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance our processes.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Should have good working knowledge in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
