Location: Kolhapur

Stipend: ₹3,000 - ?5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Placement coordination for students with companies

Cold calling & following up with potential recruiters

Assisting in student database management & tracking placements

Supporting HR & recruitment-related activities

Coordinating with students for interviews, sessions & job opportunities

Graduates / Postgraduates in HR, Management, or related fields

Freshers passionate about HR, placement & recruitment activities

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold calling and coordination work
