This 6-month internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and event planning. As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with the HR Manager and contribute directly to building a strong and positive workplace culture at Jyesta.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out
Coordinate with hiring managers to track recruitment needs
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Manage onboarding formalities and induction for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records
Employee Engagement & Retention
Support initiatives to improve intern/employee satisfaction and performance
Address general queries and support resolution of basic HR issues
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and HR drives within budget
Coordinate internal communications and feedback surveys
HR Operations
Assist with day-to-day HR processes and maintain HR MIS/trackers
Help prepare performance reports, evaluation summaries, and HR documentation
Stipend:
?8,000 to 12,000 / month
Working Hours
: 11:30 to 8:30 PM
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
