Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end

recruitment activities

: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Assist in

employee onboarding, induction sessions

, and engagement initiatives Help maintain accurate

HR documentation and digital databases

Draft and update

job descriptions, notices, and internal communications

Collaborate on

attendance tracking and leave management

under supervision Contribute to

daily HR operations and compliance workflows

Uphold strict

confidentiality and professional conduct

Eligibility Criteria:

Currently pursuing or recently completed

MBA/BBA in HR or related stream

Proficient communication skills - both verbal and written Basic working knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and sense of responsibility
