Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Assist in onboarding and maintaining HR records
Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
Graduate/Final year student in HR/Management or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
