The Human Resources Intern supports the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in hotel HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations, while gaining exposure to hospitality industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, contracts, memos)
Help coordinate training and development programs
Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events
Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR staff
Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Support compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
