Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Handle general HR administrative tasks under the guidance of senior HR personnel.
Engage with potential customers through calls, site visits, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits confidently.
Build relationships and follow up with clients to close sales.
Coordinate with the sales team, developers, and internal departments.
Participate in marketing activities, property events, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to commit to the full tenure of the internship (3 months) and adhere to office timings.
