Support the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, and helping to create a positive workplace culture.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee progress and maintaining performance records.
Support HR operations, including updating employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with HR compliance tasks.
Help with HR projects related to employee development, training programs, and policy updates.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate communication with employees.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and practices.
