Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Gencosys in Lucknow. The intern will be involved in day-to-day HR activities, including HR management, policy implementation, and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies knowledge Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management Familiarity with creating and implementing employee benefits Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
