Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive
HR Recruiter Intern
to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations within a fast-paced and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
