We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (International Domain) to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international HR practices, including batch management, client interaction, and query resolution. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about global HR practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

International Batch Management:

Coordinate and manage onboarding batches for international students/clients, ensuring smooth scheduling and participation.

Query Resolution:

Address and resolve HR-related queries from international students and clients in a timely and professional manner.

Welcome Calls:

Conduct introductory and welcome calls with international clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Support HR Operations:

Assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and updating databases.

Communication & Coordination

: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination for international programs.

Learning & Development:

Support HR in training coordination, feedback collection, and continuous engagement activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Ability to handle international clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Hands on experience in international HR operations. Stipend: 3000-5000 per month (fixed only). Exposure to global clients and cross-border communication. Internship certificate.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Working Days:

Monday - Friday (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Shifts:

Aligned with UK, US, or Australia client schedules (flexibility required).
