Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Maintain Recruitment Database: Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
