Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Help maintain employee records and databases.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
Contribute to policy documentation and process improvements.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters.
Support performance management and feedback processes.
Draft HR communications and handle documentation.
