Role Summary ( female candidates only )

Support our HR operations to build a seamless talent experience in a fast-growing educational tech environment. You'll handle recruitment, onboarding, data management, and engagement activities--while learning HR best practices firsthand.

Key Tasks

Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate follow?ups Assist with onboarding: orientation setup, document collection, and HR admin Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR metrics Help plan internal events and support employer branding initiatives Research HR trends or benchmarks and assist in policy drafting

Ideal Profile

Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets (Excel preferred) Organized, diligent, and comfortable handling confidential info
