We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support
employee onboarding
and documentation processes.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and attendance
.
Help coordinate
training sessions, meetings, and HR events
.
Draft and update HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters.
Assist in
performance management
and employee feedback collection.
Support daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
