We are a consulting firm specializing in advisory services. Our people are our greatest asset, and our HR team plays a key role in recruiting, developing and retaining high-performance talent. As an HR Intern you will support a range of HR functions, gain exposure to HR in a consulting environment (rapid pace, high client/employee-service orientation) and work closely with senior HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in areas such as:
Assisting in recruitment and staffing activities: posting job adverts, screening candidate resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
Assisting with onboarding of new hires: preparing new-hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, ensuring new-hire checklist items are completed, maintaining HRIS/new-hire records.
Supporting HR operations and administration: maintaining employee records/data, updating spreadsheets or HR systems, preparing reports, ensuring confidentiality.
Helping with employee engagement, communications, and internal HR initiatives: e.g., supporting wellness programs, organizing HR events/training sessions, drafting internal communications.
Assisting with performance management, training & development support: tracking training records, helping to coordinate training logistics, supporting feedback processes.
Contributing to HR projects that may include process improvement, policy reviews, data collection/analysis, benchmarking HR metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools or willingness to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in HR and understanding of the consulting industry environment is a plus.
Preferred/Desirable Qualifications
Prior internship or work experience in HR, consulting, or professional services.
Familiarity with social-media or sourcing channels for recruiting.
Experience in organizing events or training sessions.
Exposure to HR metrics/data analysis and reporting.
