We are seeking a motivated

HR Intern

with excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities and be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the recruitment and selection process. Support in employee onboarding, including orientation and training of new hires, as well as upskilling existing employees. Monitor attendance and office discipline, ensuring smooth daily operations. Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement. Assist in preparing technical and non-technical documents, presentations, and HR-related reports. Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events. Help in implementing systematic staff development procedures and maintaining performance records. Support payroll and benefits administration processes. Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information in both electronic and digital formats.
