Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support in
onboarding and induction
processes for new employees.
Help maintain
employee records
and HR databases.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth
HR operations

Participate in
employee engagement activities
and internal communication.
Assist in drafting
job descriptions, offer letters, and HR documents
.
Support
learning and development initiatives

Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and practices.
Required Skills & Qualities
Fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR concepts and recruitment process.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Freshers or final-year students looking for HR exposure are welcome.
