As a Human Resources Specialist for ACSaaS software company, you will play a pivotal role in managing the HR functions to support our dynamic team of professionals. You'll be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your goal will be to create an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and enables our company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Promote open communication and collaboration across departments to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships and promote a positive work culture.

Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by assisting managers in setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant legislation.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to recommend policy updates and process improvements.
Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR specialist or generalist, preferably in a software or technology company.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
