Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
recruitment process
posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support
onboarding activities
for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Help maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Assist in organizing
employee engagement
and wellness programs.
Participate in
performance management
and feedback tracking initiatives.
Support HR projects and process improvements.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
or Google Workspace.
Good
organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of
discretion and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
