HR Executive

to handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities



Manage recruitment & onboarding. Handle employee queries, engagement, and records. Ensure compliance with labour laws & HR policies. Support payroll, attendance, and performance reviews. Coordinate training & development programs.

Requirements



Bachelor's in HR/Business. 6 months - 1 year of HR experience. Knowledge of HR laws & practices. Strong communication & organizational skills.
