. You'll work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate walk-in and virtual interviews.
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance, and HR records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Help with HR reporting and daily HR operations.
Eligibility & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Business Administration, or Management
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
