Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Support
onboarding and induction
of new employees.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and documentation
Assist in designing and executing
employee engagement activities
.
Help with
performance tracking and feedback collection
.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.
Draft HR policies, circulars, and internal communications as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing/completed
MBA / PGDM / BBA / HR specialization
or related degree.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of
HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws
(preferred).
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and HR tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
