About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain

hands-on exposure to core HR functions

, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. You will work closely with the HR team and management to support daily activities and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups. Support

onboarding and induction

of new employees. Maintain and update

HR databases, employee records, and documentation

Assist in designing and executing

employee engagement activities

. Help with

performance tracking and feedback collection

. Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements. Draft HR policies, circulars, and internal communications as required. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing/completed

MBA / PGDM / BBA / HR specialization

or related degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of

HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws

(preferred). Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and HR tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
