The Role:
HR Intern
This internship is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in the foundational elements of Human Resources within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the HR team, contributing to essential day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and coordination.
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and provide general administrative assistance.
Employee Lifecycle:
Support seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Documentation:
Aid in drafting and refining HR documents, policies, and various reports.
Engagement & Communication:
Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with internal communications.
Operational Support:
Help with key HR operations, including attendance tracking.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate good organizational abilities and effective time management.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is required.
A basic understanding of core HR concepts is preferred.
A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information is essential.
