What You'll Actually Do (Real Work, Not Just Observation)
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in:
End-to-end recruitment: creating job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, and interview coordination
Using LinkedIn and job portals to build real candidate pipelines
Communicating with candidates and learning professional hiring practices
Supporting employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
Assisting with training coordination and basic HR documentation
You will be involved in
live hiring and HR projects
from day one.
