We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources functions, including data management, recruitment processes, and social media engagement. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, utilise HRIS systems, and develop a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within a dynamic organisation.
Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and updating of HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
Assist with data entry related to employee records, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Contribute to social media management initiatives to promote employer branding and engagement.
Help coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate communications.
Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to employee engagement and organisational development.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Assist with the utilisation of Salesforce for candidate tracking and client relationship management.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Btech or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar platforms is desirable.
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies is advantageous.
Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo or Workday is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This internship provides valuable exposure to human resources operations within a professional environment while developing essential skills for a career in HR.
