We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts and play a key role in promoting and driving enrollment for our Treacher Training Program (TTP) Program. This is a dual-role internship that combines Human Resources and Sales/Outreach functions--perfect for someone looking to gain experience in both talent acquisition and program promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential candidates for the TTP Program through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.). Actively promote the TTP Program, explaining its benefits and encouraging enrollments. Follow up with leads and convert interest into confirmed participants. Handle recruitment for specific job categories as per organizational requirements. Assist in screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Maintain detailed records of outreach, enrollments, and hiring pipelines. Collaborate with internal teams to align program goals with hiring needs. Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable with both people interaction (HR side) and target-driven outreach (Sales side). Familiarity with job boards, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets. Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
