About Internship:-
Delpack Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is offering an exciting full-time work-from-home internship opportunity for aspiring HR professionals.
This 2-month internship is designed to give interns
end-to-end exposure to core Human Resource functions
, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll assistance, policy formulation, compliance, and employee engagement.
You'll work directly with the HR department on live projects and real-world assignments that help develop the skills required to become a successful HR professional.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Selection
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support end-to-end hiring for internal and external requirements.
Assist in campus hiring initiatives -- outreach, coordination, and data management.
Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare and maintain employee records, joining documents, and induction materials.
Support smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure proper compliance documentation.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR databases.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Learn and assist in payroll processing activities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data for payroll input.
Support compliance documentation related to statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Gain awareness of HR policies, labor laws, and internal audit requirements.
Policy Development & HR Operations
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of HR best practices and employee handbooks.
Support day-to-day HR operations including HRMS updates, reports, and data management.
Training & Employee Engagement
Support coordination of employee learning and development programs.
Plan and execute engagement activities, virtual sessions, and feedback surveys.
Prepare presentations, training materials, and reports.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related communication and tasks.
Handle confidential employee data with accuracy and discretion.

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new concepts.
Able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
