Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements across different industries and functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and regularly update them on progress.
Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview for feedback and closure.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus.
