Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR and
recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on experience across talent acquisition, employer
branding, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Work exclusively on the
Campus Connect project
, building relationships with Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 campuses.
Reach out to colleges/universities and coordinate with placement cells for internship hiring.
Manage end-to-end coordination for hiring interns for
ongoing live projects
.
Maintain and update the campus contact database to track outreach and responses.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for campus engagements, ensuring smooth communication between institutes, students, and the internal team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
