This is a part-time unpaid remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist with various HR activities including managing personnel records, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting HR management in daily tasks. The intern will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Experience or ability to manage Personnel Management tasks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
