About the Internship:
This internship is unpaid
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews with the hiring manager or team leads
2. Sending offer letters
3. Obtaining signed offer letters
4. Providing all required assistance to the team leads
5. Managing the HR needs of team leads, interns, and consultants
6. Identifying portals where you can publicise for internship opportunities other than Internshala
7. End to end HR management
Preferred skillset and experience
1. Team lead / Captain of a team
2. Group lead experience
3. MBA / BBA (Pursuing or completed)
