As a HR Intern, you'll primarily dive deep into the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Based on your performance during the internship, you may be offered a permanent position with us to continue contributing to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Post job openings on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards.
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including social media.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Candidate Interaction:
Call candidates to provide detailed insights into job roles and answer any questions.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process.
Interview Coordination:
Organize end-to-end interview processes, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless communication.
Share interview feedback with both candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding:
Collect and verify pre-joining documents from selected candidates.
Coordinate orientation programs to introduce new hires to the company's culture and operations.
Provide support to new hires during their onboarding journey, addressing any concerns they may have.
Strategic & Administrative Support:
Collaborate with management to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information and hiring metrics.
Assist in drafting offer letters and other HR documentation.
