Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize training, development sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism in handling HR data.
