We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn
HR Intern
to join our team. This internship is designed to give you complete exposure to all aspects of Human Resource Management, including HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
This is a
learning-focused internship
where you will get hands-on experience and mentorship from our HR team.
Stipend Details
1st Month:
No stipend (training and learning phase)
From 2nd Month onwards:
Stipend will be provided
based on performance
Key Learning Areas
During your internship, you will learn and contribute to:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
HR Operations:
Maintaining employee records and databases
Supporting onboarding & induction processes
Assisting with HR documentation and compliance
Employee Engagement:
Coordinating engagement activities
Supporting feedback and communication initiatives
Fresh graduates or students pursuing MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Available for a
minimum of 3 months
