PENNEP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It's a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Help HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
