Clogic SoftTech LLP is looking for proactive and motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in Learning & Development (L&D) and Recruitment Operations. This internship is designed for individuals who want practical industry exposure rather than theoretical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in promoting Clogic's Learning & Development (L&D) programs through online and offline channels Support sourcing and recruitment activities, including resume screening and candidate coordination Assist in job postings across job portals, social media, and internal networks Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups Maintain recruitment trackers and basic HR documentation Support the HR team in day-to-day HR and talent acquisition activities

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) Freshers, final-year students, and career-gap candidates are welcome Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people management Good communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Important Notes:

This is a 100% onsite internship No remote or virtual interviews will be accepted Candidates must be available to work from the Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar office
