The Human Resource Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Help draft and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance requirements
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in HR functions and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
