The HR Intern is an entry-level, temporary position that offers students or recent graduates' hands-on exposure to Human Resources operations. You'll be supporting daily HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration--while gaining valuable real-world experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
Post and remove job ads
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with candidates
Assist with onboarding and exit formalities
Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date
Help draft offer and rejection letters
Support employee engagement and events
Gather feedback or conduct short surveys
Perform admin tasks like filing and data entry
Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess:
Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic awareness of HR functions (recruitment, labor legislation, HRIS/ATS familiarity).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
Discernment and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
