Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment & hiring (interns and full-time roles)
Job posting, resume screening & interview coordination
Candidate follow-ups and onboarding support
Maintain HR records, attendance, and basic reports
Coordinate with internal teams for HR activities
Support office culture and engagement initiatives
Participate in HR reels, hiring videos, and internal content
Use Digital Lok's in-house studio to create reels and content
Eligibility
Graduate / Pursuing graduation (any stream)
HR / Management students preferred (not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome
Basic English communication required
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must NOT be camera shy
Comfortable speaking on camera and creating content
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn
