who will start as an intern for the first 2 months and transition into a full-time role based on performance. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities at our Indore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in attendance, leave, and HR reporting
Help in employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Eligibility:
Freshers or recent graduates (MBA HR / BBA / related field preferred)
Internship or academic HR exposure is a plus
Internship to Full-Time Conversion:
After successful completion of
